Bert Jansch’s Conundrum

On this program we profile late legendary Scottish guitarist and songwriter Bert Jansch and a series of recordings he made with his band, The Bert Jansch Conundrum.

By the late 70s Bert had recorded 11 solo albums plus 5 as part of the group Pentangle, exploring a mix of traditional British folk, blues, jazz and rock, and this new band would take his sound in some new directions.

Martin Jenkins on mandolin, electric manducello, fiddle, flute and vocals
Luce Langridge on drums
